What we do every month
Maintenance is not waiting for something to break. Most of the work is the kind you never see because it was done on time.
Upgrades under control
A new version is tried on a test environment first, and only then goes to production. We don’t update directly on the live site.
Security patches
Vulnerabilities are published constantly. A patch the day after disclosure is routine; a patch a month later is already a risk.
Backup that gets checked
Backup is made every night and occasionally actually restored, so we know it works. That’s something you only find out in advance.
Content changes
A new page, a text change, a new image, adding a form — the hours for that are in the package, not billed separately.
Availability monitoring
The site is checked continuously. If it goes down, the alarm comes to us — most often we fix it before anyone notices.

What was done, how available the site was, and what we propose next month. No phrases like “optimization was performed.”
We also take over sites we didn’t build
It isn’t a condition that the site is ours. We take over WordPress, custom solutions, and sites whose contractor disappeared — we just look at the state first.

Before we promise anything, we go through the site: versions, vulnerabilities, speed, backup. You get the findings even before we agree.
